DMCA Copyright Policy

SprunkiCraft respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your work has been infringed upon on our Site, we encourage you to follow the process outlined below to submit a notice of infringement.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by content hosted on SprunkiCraft, please provide us with a written notice that includes the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by the same notice, a list of such works.

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that you would like to have removed. Please provide a link to the infringing content, if possible, to help us locate it.

  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Once we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly investigate and remove the infringing content as required by law.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which SprunkiCraft may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice or an agent of that person.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will restore the material unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit to prevent its restoration.

3. Repeat Infringement

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We may also remove or block access to material that is subject to repeated infringement, or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
